Here are a few interpretations of Edmontosaurus that I remember:
Dinosaurs: The Terrible Lizards (1970) - A stop motion dinosaur documentary. Here, it's referred to as Anatosaurus and is depicted walking upright, dragging its' tail, having webbed feet & living in water/swamps.
The Magic School Bus (S2E3: The Busasaurus) - In this episode, Miss Frizzle's class encounters a small herd with babies. The purpose of this portion of the episode is to show that Dinosaurs aren't savage, killing monsters but to show that some of them were caring/nurturing parents. The audience even get to see the nest, eggshells & the mother feeding her babies.
Valley of the T. Rex (2001) - Made by the same animation company that made When Dinosaurs Roamed America, it reuses many of the same models & is infamous for perpetuating the idea that Tyrannosaurus was a pure scavenger. Edmontosaurus (both the Anatotitan model & a new model) appear in the special. The Anatotitan model is shown being hunted/killed by a Tyrannosaurus & then shown minding its' own business later in the scavenger segment. The newer model is shown being attacked by a pack of Dromaeosaurs.
Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis (2003) - Edmontosaurus is one of the various dinosaurs that can be created for your park. It's a 3-Star Dinosaurs & its' fossils can be excavated in the Hell Creek Formation Site B dig site (along with Triceratops & Pachycephalosaurus). Here, it's depicted being mostly Yellow with Black Vertical Stripes along the back, Black Horizontal Stripes on its' limbs & a faded Green/Orange Horizonal Stripes running along the side of its' body. The noises it makes are possibly sped up/higher pitched whale sounds?

There’s also the ones that I remember, such as:
      The Lost World (1925).
Journey to the Beginning of Time [1950 (portrayed as Trachodon)].
A kids series with the Spanish/Latino title called “Erase una vez… El Hombre”, being portrayed as Anatosaurus.
The Dinosaucers (portrayed by one of the the villains of the series).
And finally, one of the last episodes of “The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries” titled “Prehisterics”.
Edit: Oh, yeah! He was also present in the History Channel documentary, “First Apocalypse”. Honestly, Edmontosaurus has appeared more in media than Parasaurolophus has ever did.
Edit of the edit: I forgot that he also appears in “Animal Armageddon”; I checked the comments and someone has already mentioned “Waking the T.rex: A story of Sue”.

@@gabrieljvelez-perez9275 Just thought of a few more interpretations of Edmontosaurus:
The Land Before Franchise (1988 Onward) - While unidentified, I do believe that Edmontosaurus has made various appearances throughout the series as a minor background character.
The Lost World: Jurassic Park (Arcade Game/1997) - This was a light gun arcade game made by SEGA that came out around the same time as the film it was based on. Depending on the difficulty chosen by the player, Edmontosaurus (or Parasaurolophus) would appear during the Lake Segment of the game.
Discovery Channel's The Ultimate Guide: Tyrannosaurus Rex (1996) - Edmontosaurus was featured briefly throughout some of the episode's segments.
Animal Armageddon (2009) - Edmontosaurus was featured (albeit, vaguely identified as a Hadrosaur) in the episodes; Doomsday (S1E3) & Panic in the Sky (S1E4).

I just started watching your channel (specifically the “MANY interpretations of” videos), and I’m loving them so far! I’m pretty happy that Edmontosaurus got one as it doesn’t get as much appreciation as it’s cousin Parasaurolophus. Here are some I’m hoping you get to eventually.
    Velociraptor
    Giganotosaurus
    Triceratops
    Stegosaurus
    Brachiosaurus
    Pteranodon
    Quetzalcoatlus
    Mammoth
Megalodon (and maybe other extinct sharks)
    Plesiosaurus
    Mosasaurus
Terror Bird (If you do this one, I think you should include the Carakiller from The Future Is Wild. It’s technically really a bird that evolved to look like the Terror Birds through convergent evolution, but I think you can still count it)

I'll admit though that as much as I love Prehistoric Planet, their Edmontosaurus is a bit on the worse side as far as recent
depictions go. The dip in the back is much more something associated with Barsboldia and Shantung, and the tail is quite
short. The head and limbs, along with general movement are almost immaculate though.

Either way I’d like to see this type of interaction of grapple vs takedown in media, with the Ed. successfully taking down the rex, but the rex is still clamped on and using itself as deadweight so the Ed. will tire itself out trying to drag the rex like a buffalo trying to drag and kick a couple lions that have attached themselves and won’t let go.

I agree that hadrosaurs shouldn't be easily brought down by tyrannosaurs, but then again I feel they can defend themselves when cornered. We somewhat see that in 1985's Dinosaur! where the male Edmontosaurus faces off against a Rex that attempted to attack its offspring and it uses its tail to knock it down so the family can "escape". In the other appearances that involve Edmontosaurus, it mostly gets "caught off guard" and flees when frightened. It's the same with wildebeest when they're hunted by lions, they mostly run away but they ARE capable of defending themselves even if it's not always caught on camera.

I agree with larger herbies needing to fight back more. In the Jurassic World game, a Rex can grab it by the neck, THROW IT up off its feet to the side and slam it down which kills it instantly. I always see large herb dinos like wolves hunting a moose or bison. They can do it, and have done it, but it takes a lot of skill, power, numbers and even days of patients and its normally because the animal is weak from the elements like harsh winters in Yellowstone, injured badly and already dying, or age like old or young. A wolf can't just grab a moose by the neck and kill it with one blood spilling bite. It usually is more effort than it's worth and a dinosaur should be no different. Even grizzly bears struggle with larger prey.

Wasnt it proven that Edmontosaurus and other hadrosaurs were faster and larger than their carnivore counterparts making it very difficult to catch and kill.

How did you feel about prehistoric planet's depiction of trex hunting edmontosaurus, they actually showed that 2 rexes were needed to bring down an adult Edmontosaurus

It was better. It was also a different situation, being in low light levels. I still want to see a rex struggle (or maybe fail) in a future hunt. Just to mix things up and show different sides of these animals we very seldom see.

I need more gender-dimorphism in dinosaurs, especially those that most likely travelled in herds. Deer and antelope are often gender-dimorphic when it comes to horns and birds famously are very gender-dimorphic when it comes to colors. So I think it's highly likely that Edmontosaurus had different size crests and probably differently colored crests based on gender.
