    I lost 14000 euro so be aware of margin in commodity like natural gas and there is not descirption mention how the price trade daily

      @@etoro thanks for replying. Yes, the customer service of eToro. We users are familiar with that. If you open a ticket you have 5% chance of receiving an answer. 95% of the times the ticket will be closed without providing a solution.
      And with the remaining 5% I have one ticket open for 3,5 months now and yet the cs still didn't came up with a solution. I send all the information they asked me but eToro is lacking of providing good customer care. I and other users on the platform are feeling left behind and not being taken serious. This doesn't give me the confidence to stay a customer long term.

      They are a company that provide a service. They are not going to do that for free. From my point of view they provide a great platform (with reasonably expensive fees), and much free training / podcasts etc. They specifically advise you that it "is for information and education purposes only" in everything they produce. (And I've no affiliation with eToro other than using their platform).
