This drama let me know about HOW MANY SHAPES OF LOVE in this world. How to love your best friends, your parrent, your kids, your co workers, people arround you, and of course your love one. The writer said that this drama would only showed us such simple and ordinary things in real life, but NO! For me it taught us so many priceless point in life. And yes, those things somehow we could get in some simple things. I'm freaking envy with these doctors not because they are doctors and rich. But because they could be the happiest people amidst they own problems and pains.
this has become my favorite kdrama to date (even though some of my friends thought it was boring) and that could be one of the reasons why. also the simplicity, characters, the songs, how it felt so realistic and calming, idk everything's just beautiful to me. i even rewatched it multiple times yet it still gives me the feels like how it felt the first time i watched it 😭
I love Joowon the most at first. Then step by step change my favorite character of this movies to Ikjun. Ikjun is the one to suffer all the hardest things. He failed in his own marriage: his wife is having an affair while he raised his clever son by himself to support her dream. However, we never see any negative or bad mood in his face. He’s always happy and send happiness to everyone around by his jokes. Admire him a lot ! Hope Songhwa will be with him in Season 2 ❤️
Last week episode totally makes me cry a river. With chu minha-seokhyung, gyeoul giving up on jeongwon, ikjun-songhwa interaction, joonwan's showing love to his resident in his own ways. Idk i love to observe these little sweet moments between the profs and their residents. They are really good mentors to their young doctors. This drama is so relateable in many ways.
But prof usually are more on the scary side n will not bother to teach. That's me on real life. U need to learn by doing and maybe they will notice n give u more responsibility

I was going crazy because there isn't a video uploaded of this band version, but The Swoon to the rescue! I especially love this band cover as they have significantly closed the physical distance between Ik-jun and Song-hwa in here, symbolizing their closeness that was shown in the episode itself.

I can't remember how many times I cried because of HP but that scene with Prof. Jung Hwan and the patient's mom is def. one of the heartbreaking scenes. This is one reason why I didn't choose the medical field. I'm too emotional and have that 'weak' spot for such situations. Salute to all our medical practitioners!

After finding out the heartbreaking story behind this song, i cant help but thinking the similarities of the late seo jiwon and the baby in this episode. Both left the world too early. Seo Jiwon passed away when he was 19. He JUST started his life. He still had his WHOLE life ahead of him. Same goes to the baby. Hats off to the writer for making such a beautiful episode with meaningful message 💓

After finding out the heartbreaking story behind this song, i cant help but thinking the similarities of the late seo jiwon and the baby in this episode. Both left the world too early. Seo Jiwon passed away when he was 19. He JUST started his life. He still had his WHOLE life ahead of him. Same goes to the baby. Hats off to the writer for making such a beautiful episode with meaningful message 💓

I have watched the scene many times and I always sob especially during the scene where Junhwan attended the funeral. This is just heartbreaking.
