Documentary “Les Bios du Vignoble” (french, HD)

They are French, but also Italian, Spanish, American or Chilean. It is an sort of “international sect” which powders with the “ions of ox horn”on their vines, and expects full moon to gather the grapes.
A long time, they were scorned by the majority of the vine growers of the area. They spent the whole days to plow with the plough, to cut and gather the grapes with the hand, when the others measured them from the top of their tractorby aspergeant their vines of weeding and other products plant health.
But for ten years, “the organic one” have started to gain the battle of the consumer. Medical concern ? Better wines ?

Tous les vins bio que j'ai pu tester étaient dégueu.
Le bio ne fait pas tout, il faut aussi un bon sol, exposition, végétal, climat, millésime et vigneron.
