Great to see Mr Jumps and doggo Jumps. Right now, I'm surprised to see you have been doing mic drops all along and I completely unnoticed them. Excellent video. Thanks for sharing. We just purchased a Ninja air fryer for Christmas so will have to try the bagel and egg recipe as it looks very tasty. If you do a chicken add at least 30 minutes to their suggested cooking time. These real life videos add a great amount of context to your skipping. Happy New Year 🎉.

1. Do you have a link to your leggings? I didn’t catch which brand you said they are.
2. I know you were into working out before you started jumping, but just wondering whether you were also a dancer? You look quite a bit more “coordinated “ or rhythmic compared to other jumpers, so wondering if I would need a dance background
3. And finally, have you had any injuries since you started jumping, and if so, how long did you have to rest? I have a torn hip labrum but want to start jumping so badly.

The night came quicker than usual, as it caught me by surprise
Before I found some shelter, the darkness dimmed my eyes
My panicked heart was racing, my legs instinctively took flight
I aimlessly ran in circles, in the horror of blackest night
In the distance I could hear it, the sound of a terrible beast

The Ninja!!! Best airfryer available!!! Cereal! We have had the grill/airfryer Ninja for a few years. Just replaced it with their bigger one. And got a new LG stove that has an airfryer built in. Food is so much better in the airfryer.

Best way - cut that way until you’re 1cm from the edge then finish on the table. Straight, central cut every time👌🏼
OK . . . you appear to be in exceptional shape. Is there some issue with your cardiovascular conditioning that you only do routines that are 15 or 30 seconds long? You did one to Sugarhill Gang Rapper's Delight - that song is 14 minutes long. I'd like to see a routine that goes as long as the song!!
With rapper’s delight the rope is doing nearly 4 revolutions per second for me to stay on the beat 😆 it’s like asking if Usain Bolt has an issue with his cardiovascular conditioning because he could only run for 9.58 seconds… we all know he can run longer but not at that pace. It takes a lot of cardio to maintain the speed I do with complex footwork and skills for 10 seconds, let alone the 20+ I often do. Have you tried to jump rope before?
@@LaurenJumps Yes, in my youth, a LONG time ago . . but I was more of a double-dutch kinda guy. . . I didn't have to spin the rope, just step really fast . . . .
