Sky View Ireland a hard landing is much safer than a soft landing. A soft landing is not the criteria of a safe landing according to the Boeing FCTM. It is much safer to land harder than soft! It’s not about customer satisfaction, it’s about safety. Hence, Ryanair is now the safest airline in the world since the southwest fatality last year!
