Singletrail (Full Run

Join me for an exhilarating ride down the Wexl Singletrail, a consistently thrilling yet approachable downhill adventure that never fails to impress. This descent offers nearly 10 minutes of non-stop excitement, covering close to 320 meters of elevation drop.
Our journey begins at the Almrauschhütte, a charming spot that may no longer serve food but generously provides self-service drinks for a small fee. It's the perfect place to replenish those electrolytes after climbing the Uphill Trail or on your way back from Hochwechsel. If you're approaching from Hochwechsel, the slightly lighter Almrausch Trail grants you an additional 100 meters of downhill delight.
The Singletrail gracefully winds its way between the Jumpline and the Flowtrail, leading you down to the Wexl Arena.
Of course, you can also dive directly into the Singletrail without the Uphill by starting right at the lift exit.
Get ready for an unforgettable downhill adventure on the Wexl Singletrail!

Profi ist reichlich übertrieben 😁😊 aber es stimmt schon, ich fahr solche Trails gerne am Stück durch 😎 Und über 10 Minuten durchgehenden Trailspass hat man im Osten ja nicht so oft.

Fantastic job Christian. I think the Max Lens Mod works great for these kinds of trails. Have you experimented with horizon lock? Have you tried cropping in on the footage a little to get rid of the edge bending? Sorry, one last question, is this mounted on your chin?

Hi Sage, i did not yet use Horizon Lock on the MTB but I intend to use it heavily this winter when I go freeskiing. I thouhgt about cropping a bit initially, but decided not to for two reasons. One, I think the distortion is actually not too bad and the eye gets used to it quickly and second the Hypersmooth stabilization does quite some cropping itself, one just doesn't notice it that much since it crops in and out so smoothly. And yes I have the GoPro chin-mounted. I love the perspective and since I usually use a full face helmet on my enduro rides anyway I prefer it to the chest-mount. It has its downsides though, since it makes the helmet heavier.

Thanks Markku! The trail is almost 3 kilometers long. I used the GoPro12 with the MaxLens Mod 2.0 in Hyperview on this ride.

Ja, sind im weiteren Einzugsgebiet von Wien. Man fährt etwas mehr als eine Stunde von Wien aus hin.
