Easy Anda bread Halwa - Winter Special Recipe By Food Fusion

My grandmother used to make this halwa for us as a quick sweet.
But she always used to roast the bread a little b4 adding milk n sugar.
It vl give a nice light brown clr to it.

Yes.I deep fry the toasts before adding milk n sugar. No extra oil or ghee.

2002 me mery friend ye halwa lunch me laya krti thi me us se boht poochti thi k ye kese tmhari ami banati hen uska rply hamesha yehi hota k ande se banta h me ne jub boht bar try kya lkn banta hi nhi tha ab to bus yad ki surat me hi dimagh me reh gaya tha me to zaiqa bhi bhool gai thi thanks to food fusion mery buchpan ki khuahish puri krne I love it and my children say mama it's so yummm

It wasn't as easy as it has shown in the video because chances are high k Bread or doodh lag jayega, as I have a grilled stove ...so after bhoonify bread mainay microwave main rakh k baki process kia ,than halwa turns out devine. V good recipe FF👌🏻
