SUMMARY: Actively improve every time you play. - Think of 1 thing to focus on, every time you play or train - Never give up on any ball - always push to get every ball back - Always play to the strongest player in any match or session - Use bad conditions as an opportunity to improve - Play with all kinds of players, they will help you learn different styles, and help you understand your strengths, and weaknesses. - Focus on your own performance, rather than purely result based. - Think bigger picture, I might lose now trying a new technique or tactic, but once mastered, I will beat everyone! - everythingpadel.co.uk/ - buy a racket from my online store (the most important tip in my opinion )😉
Do you have any recs on how to still improve when playing with much less experienced players? I enjoy playing with friends who are novice players for the social element, but it would be great to get some ideas on how to improve from those less rigorous/short volley matches. (Without being a jerk and hitting them crazy shots)
Great video again. Agree with almost everything. If we just think on winning the match and go for the weakest player, we could win, but will never learn. Just don't agree with playing with the rain. It will ruin the balls, and the racket if the inside gets soaked, it will get putrid. Also you can slip and get an injury.
not just better but all - playing with people worse than yourself is again a good chance to practise and try new things without the risk of playing badly
This channel is gold! Thanks for the good content. And thanks for the fast reply earlier today about racket suggestions! I bought the Nox one now, hopefully it will suffice. Keep up the good work Ewan!
I’m just starting out on the padel courts and I absolutely love it, your videos have helped me a great deal to understand the game, the different shots and how to use them. I can’t do half the your shots but at least now I know what I should be doing 👍👍 Love the videos 👊🏼
Okay - maybe don’t use your main racket. But if you live in the UK, it’s raining for like half the year 🤣 if you don’t play in the wet, you will barely play. I used to play all the time in it and no problems - made my defence so good and if I didn’t do it, I would not be anywhere near as good
100% agree! Rackets are much tougher than we think. I might spend some time in the UK improving padel play with harsh conditions.. Madrid is not as rainy but quite cold during winter even with icy walls. Now I feel the difference for sure..
This is epic Ewan. I think something important that you missed is to simply have fun when playing. It can be very frustrating to play shit and let it gnaw on your for a few days. But feeling good about what went right can be a huge motivator to get back out there. Good vid though 👍
best in the Padel content business ... keep killing it my brother

Fantastic tips! Thank you! Shared to my women’s Padel group on Facebook! Worth the share! 🎾💚
Your videos never disappoint!
💪🏼💪🏼
Thank you
This is training on how to learn, not on how to learn padel. Such a fantastic skill to have and so often overlooked. Thank you, this video is gold.
Thanks sonia! Yeh that was the idea :)
This is the speech I didn't know I needed right now🎉
don't use your best raquet in the rain! It can ruin it, use an old one.

These are the bomb, thank you. I'm putting these all to practice tomorrow at La Reserve mix-in 🙌
Nice one mate thanks
Excellent video. (Same shirt different bat 😀... clever editing)
Great video as always😊
thanks bro!
best padel youtuber!
legend bro thanks so much for the support!!
Hows that racket, starvie
which one ;0
I love the design - it’s a bit head heavy for me though so I don’t find the best control with it
Play with better players than yourself 👌

this is such an underrated thought - love it! Sport stagnation can eat up the years very quickly, glad you are highlighting it
Yeh - I am not sure where I got the idea from ;)
Which racket are you holding during tip 3?
Hmm, are you sure that playing in the rain is a good idea? Don't you think that balls that absorb water could damage your racket?
