Hi, thanks for these videos. They are very informative. One quick question - assuming my parents apply for the subclass 864 and are granted a BVA whilst waiting for approval would they be entitled to Medicare during this time?
My father passed away while his parents contributory visa in process, am I eligible for a refund and how long does it take to realise the refund .? If you can share some light on this subject, that would be great .
Sorry to hear of your loss. Yes you can seek a refund; you’ll have to notify the Department first by emailing them and notifying them of your father’s death and provide them with a scanned copy of the death certificate
Thanks for the video. I want to apply for my mom's visa but my income is not enough so I would like to sponsor her with my husband but he is not a permanent resident yet... can we both sponsor my mom's visa even my husband is not permanent resident?
Can a citizen/pr apply & lodge on behalf of parents in oz? Parents are living outside oz.
Thanks very much M’am for the information
Glad it was helpful!

Hi australia thanks for your help sisters and brothers
Our pleasure!
Hello mem, will you tell me time frame of 143 visa. What is the success rate of this contributory visa?
Dear Maninder
You can find the processing time for 143 Visa at www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/143-
if you are asking about our success rate, Migration Downunder’ s extremely high visa approval success rate is a result of our strict company policy of not proceeding with applications that may result in failure. A visa application is a major cost in a client’s plans to immigrate to Australia or New Zealand and we make our clients fully aware of their prospect of success at the very beginning of our services. We will not proceed with applications that have no prospect of success.

Dear Danica-Christine
Thank you for your message.
Australia has approximately 90 different visa types, some of which you may be eligible to apply if you meet the criteria. The best option in your case may depend on several different factors.
The first step in a immigration process is to have an initial assessment to determine your eligibility for an Australian Visa. Therefore, I recommend you to contact us at info@migrationdownunder.com providing further details of your skills, work experience, level of English,..
