Bro I can say that supreme strange not used his full potential. For example if you watch what if dr strange episode in that we can clearly see that strange ignored the books of telekinesis and teleportation. He just pick the book where is shows how to break absolute point. In that book it mentions that he needs to absorb magical beings or may be powerful beings not sure. So he just followed that be absorbing he got that powerful. If he concentrate on studying all books in that Library he can be more than a god like more powerful that watcher or loki who is holding multiverse or even more powerful than celestials.
