The song is called "Mind" by Aria. Good luck tracking it down, because one of the Kiddy Grade Soundtrack has a song called "Tranquil Mind" and is completely unrelated. This song was not released on any of the Kiddy Grade soundtracks.
I loved this song so much. It's really unfortunate that Sinistra and Dextra aren't in this video. Those two were the main reason why I even put up with this anime.
