Part of the problem is that it is often a "secret life." Viewing pornography and using prostitutes is shameful, and they don't want to be "found out." Like with any addiction, they hide this behaviour. They may even justify it.
Men are exposed to the media, which often depicts woman as sexual objects, not human beings. Thankfully, there are many strong women roles today. In the past, a female character was typically someone's wife, girlfriend or mother, as if she had no identity of her own. You could watch the credits, and there would be a dozen male actors, and 1 or 2 female actors listed. Social media draws in young women and girls who post sexy pictures to get attention and likes. She is devaluing herself, and doesn't even know it.
"Achieving" is a great way to feel empty." Luke Smallbone. Wow. That caught my attention. I am not a Christian (although I do LOVE Christ's Teachings), but these guys - who I just discovered a few days ago via the CMA Country Christmas Little Drummer Boy video - are providing a whole new perspective for me. Not necessarily of Christianity, but of DEVOTION. There's no adequate way to express how much I appreciate this.

And I loved this song! The musicality had such a mature quality!! I’m a new Christian and an artist, as well. I have an eclectic music taste, so am very excited to find such a sweet band! Please don’t take this wrong, but have you heard of the Christian band Crowder? This band was awesome, like Crowder is awesome! Completely different sound, but the same degree of artistry! Cheers!
