I'm pretty sure those 21k vues are the same few people watching it again and again. This voice is so wonderful it would even make some tenors want sing the song 😆
@@musicboy2009able Hey, dear Mr. Moore, I have listened to your clip here on RUclips where you sing a modern tenor piece, and: You really do sing very well! You really do! 😃 Are you sure you want to change throats? I'd even pay you some in surplus if you took mine! Great singing, great voice, great spinto tenor, gosh! 🤩
Damn!!! I don't know if I can memorize all those words, but this is a great comedic song, AND, I just found it online for FREE!!! Shea, you have a beautiful and expressive voice and I hope you continue to post here on RUclips!
I am one of these would-like-to-be-tenor-baritones too, I have to admit. But what a great baritone voice is this, of Shea Owens! And what a great medley. Yes, better being a good baritone than a bad tenor.
@@bradleymonroe6443 Congratulations that you are happy with what you are! Yes, definitely: It doesn't matter what you sing. It only matters HOW you sing. 😉
Delighted to learn of you. The AbsolutelyClassical posting of Silent Noon brought me here. This was such a joy to watch and listen to. Lovely accompaniment also.
RUclips algorithm brings me here tonight. Rather than singing old pieces again and again, this composition infuses new inspiration for music lovers. Very well done!
Being a voice type (baritone, tenor, mezzo, soprano etc.) doesn't always happen only just in a first voice lesson but also and most of the time when the singer begins the singing journey during the first day of being in choir because during that time the director usually would place the singer in a voice part that may end up matching with that voice type but not quite for long once the singer is taking many more lessons after the first as well as singing in multiple choirs for a couple of years.
In my opinion as a tenor who started as a baritone, seriously, I do love and prefer being a tenor instead of being a baritone and bass. I like myself when I am a tenor because being a baritone actually did not do me any good since when singing in low keys and singing the baritone arias (Though I did not spend much time on the baritone material) I sounded way too dull and it's priceless while singing in high keys and singing the tenor arias sound much better to me and it's something that I would get paid more to do than doing low keys and baritone material and my voice teacher would tell me the same thing.
You can buy the music from Glendower Jones’s website. I get all my classical stuff from him. www.classicalvocalrep.com/products/Im-Glad-Im-Not-a-Tenor-Comedy-Song-101472.html?sid=6f2dba3075d4582112652aa9b6062f39 Glad you got to sing with Stephen. He’s great!

As a Tenor, I must say... that was amazing! Hahahaha! Now I want to be a baritone!
Tall tenor here agrees with this comment!
@@musicboy2009able Wanna change throats? I could offer you a boring baritone-cursed normal but beautiful male voice 😢
Let’s do it. You would have to hear me first before agreeing. I will follow your channel
@@musicboy2009able I'd take any tenor throat even without hearing it before! 😀
Many dear greetings from Switzerland.

Haha, very true! And thanks!
I am glad that I am a tenor even though I started as a baritone. It's actually better being all the voice types but only if we sing like good singers.

Just happened across this, I dig it lol
As a baritone groupie, I hardly needed convincing............ But if I had... You'da done it!
Awesome song. Hes a wonderful singer too

Great performance btw
GREAT performance, and very clever and funny lyrics.

Omg, both music and you are fantastic. Love from Holland!
Thank you!
I used to love these kind of encores opera singers did at the end of recitals.
Great job Mister Owens - very funny
I LOVE this!
Bravo!
Totally awesome song!
This is so great!
Bravissimo!! I've heard really well!!
Can I get a sheet music??
Thanks! I just included some links for sheet music in the description. :)
Beautiful!!
Hilarious! And beautiful sung and played! Bravi!!!
As a tenor with bass-baritone range…. I am laughing hysterically 😂😂😂😂😂😂
What?! Tenor with bass-baritone range? How this could be possibile lol?
@@Iflowedliketheriver Undeveloped tenor with no high notes! Like me 🙂
@@bharp4390 if you try to do high notes what happens?
I can get up there, but none of it is sustainable. Basically nothing above G is usable.
Don't be a lair.

Awesome! I want to sing this!
This is gold amazing, wow😂😂😂😂
Bravo
Priceless, and that's a comment from a tenor!
I am a tenor and that's my forte. Being a baritone naturally isn't my forte.
Frank Crow Haha, thanks! :)
I, as a Tenor, wholeheartedly agree!
Love for the baritones of this world! But seriously I do love being a baritone

@XDranzer000 Oh so you are now a tenor. Interesting.
How can somebody get hold of that music? Also, I think I may have sung a John Eaton piece at Symphony Space many years ago with your pianist.

The links to a place where to buy the sheet score are not working for me, is there any other way to obtain this score?
Didn't know this aria buffa, it's beautiful. Is there a way to find a free pdf online?
Hes good

TERIFFIC! From a 6-ft 64- year-old who is still a Tenor!
I didn't get every musical reference and lyrics :/
These are baritone arias from Faust, La Traviata, and Tannhäuser. And it keeps slipping into the famous tenor aria from Turandot. Enjoy!
This is hilarious! Who wrote the song?
This tenor is laughing hard.......HEY, I resemble those remarks.
This is great :) Funny and clever and well sung. Can I ask what's the awesome tune around 2:00 that modulates so well etc ? :-)
In case you haven't found it yet: Avant de quitter ces lieux from Gounod Faust
