The casino gives you an encrypted copy of the "seed" they use to construct the game. It’s very shady. I’m in the UK and every site I’ve ever gambled on has RTP listed for each of their games, and they usually even list several different RTP for different types of bets. Must be a regulation thing.
This helps. Clearing 4 spaces with 2 bombs is x1.41 on the site I play, same as clearing 2 with 4 bombs. So I'm guessing the variation is similar across the board.

FYI, probably the biggest reason why they don’t say it because they calculate where the bomb is AFTER you select a tile.
