I just watched this video now around 03:20, I ask myself, I'm always up around 3 somehow I'm pulled to a cold shower and I would not know what to do and I than go on RUclips and this video just played out of the blue (I didn't click on the video it honestly played itself) and I immediately got chills

The language is Zulu. From KwaZulu in South Africa. The dance comes from 'ukusina'. Am sure if you google you'll find similarities. The drum is called 'isigubhu'. These people are 'amathwasa' on their journeyto become 'izangoma'.
