Palden la, I like your spoken Tibetan very much and of course, your videos are interesting and helpful. I wish you can teach spoken Tibetan to our other Tibetan bloggers and teachers and officers etc. so that they will not sound rude and offensive. Nowadays so many youngsters try to make blogs but talk in a very impolite and rude manner. I was under the impression that we Tibetans have been taught to be polite and respectful when addressing others Thank you.
Paldenla you are the ideal tibetan with culture, respect and compassion for your community. You are highly educated in your field yet you are down to earth and practiced natural healing helping so many people. You learned german language, yet you speak pure tibetan language. Tibetans love you because of how you have maintained yourself as a real tibetan. I am very proud and thankful to you! Tashi deleg and kutsering. May you flourish in your life. Some people who complain has no idea of reality in the politics. Do not pay attention to those trolls. We know how families and relatives suffer under Chinese Authority when we go and protest against the Chinese. They take pictures from the embassy and have all our records with them. We do not know who gives them our lists, that is a mystery.

With the increase in some wealth and human desire there is a increase in health related illness from over eating or wrong choice of food. It is up to the individual choice but it is the responsibility of family, society or government to give the right information. Then it is up to the individual to do the “Informed Choice.” Such health related videos from a much liked and popular person will help a lot .
