When i was on that partition page, i had 5 partitions and out of them i had 2 primary. I did the same as you did and deleted them then i had 2 unallocated spaces and i created mew partitions from both unallocated spaces so i was left with again 5 partitions. I installed windows on partition 2 but it said something about the partition order but i still continued. So will everything be okay?

Is we use another os using pendrive?
As if we turn on the computer while pendrive then new os open and if we turn on the computer without pendrive then by default os opens (dual os with pendrive)

If you're using a new pen drive to download windows always first format its file type fat 32 or NTFS .
New hardware usually set on NTFS. And fat 32 is used mostly in old system ..
Although you can change that by several methods.
And NTFS is new and used it most often nowadays
But if you are new and your pc hardware new you using new pen drive so first format your pen drive fat 32 to NTFS before installing the windows.
In simple way you can change that by plugging your pen drive computer or laptop then go to pen drive option and by selecting format option you can there selecting file type and format it you convert it that to fat 32 to NTFS ..
There other options to convert it like command prompt you can also format it there by the help of videos on online .
This advice specially for newers .🙏
