I'm 6'2 and around 120 kilos, and used to work as a bouncer in London. One night one of the regulars had a small middle aged guy with him who got way too drunk in the end. I was gonna take him out but there was something not quite right about him; my instincts told me to let his friend handle it. The next night he told me the guy used to be an old school underground bare knuckle fighter, and after he was ejected from the bar he ended up in jail, having beaten up two cops after biting the ear of some guy in a fight. You have to trust your instincts, especially with the small crazy looking ones. It doesn't matter how good you are in the ring if the other guy is ready to become a complete animal.
Pretty much, also to take into consideration here, Sheriff Hood ( he's not a real Sheriff btw. he just took the real Hood's identity) is: - a trained, former Black Ops operative turned jewel thief, who spend 10 years in prison - has an insane pain tolerance - always fights dirty, using every trick in the book

Never strike first when you’re facing an opponent who’s better than you… that’s exactly what they want because they know they can safely counter. Stay back and on your feet and look for opportunities
Chances are an mma fighter is also better at fighting dirty than most people. However, if you've somehow excelled at fighting dirty all your life and you've got a real reason to win, this isn't impossible.
This is how rapists should be treated every single day of their remaining lives. The only people who would have a problem with this are the human rights activists who just know how to defend the rights of criminals.
Perfect idea. People are never falsely accused of crimes. That's why vigilante groups work so well. They collect every piece of evidence and make fair, unbiased assessments. Then they mete out punishments that fit the crime. I can't think of why we no longer allow vigilante justice in our civilized society???
I'm thinking Antony Starr would be able to pull off the role of Brian O Connor in Fast and Furious franchise. I know that will definitely have mixed opinions, as nobody would be able to replace Paul Walker 👍🏻
As much as I agree with you, his role as Homelander is so ingrained into my brain that I think I wouldn't stop being able to see a psychopath posing as Paul Walker's character. @@tipu8124 Banshee
i love how hood took such a bad beating and wasn’t phased or showed he was in pain and kept fighting until he won
I know it’s just a tv show but that guy totally deserved what homelander did to him after that brutal rape scene that occurred in the previous scene .... btw I love Banshee ... such a great series ...
Homelander jaja, it kills me how they call him Homelander I mean he is the same actor but idk it just makes me laugh.😅
I love how everyone refers to him as Homelander now
@@jaegermann4170 I don't blame him for nailing his role in The Boys but ppl forget his amazing role in Banshee and it gets overshadowed
Hoodlander
@@vagabontzeala cool people still know him from Banshee first.
The sole reason I started watching the show. Too good to miss out.
Man, that was so satisfying.
This is got to be one of the most brutal fight scenes I’ve ever seen in my entire life.
The fight with the Albino in the Pen was good too. But Sanchez, holy shit. When you hear the bones crack, ...
Banshee is full of epic fight scenes like this one. Epic...
Action, violence, sex, suspense and love. A fucking perfect show..
It's my all time favorite...
The best shows offer up fucking secret magic always. I love The Wire, and yet so many people couldn’t give a rat’s ass about it.
@@michaelcruz8312 it’s too old school
Agreed
...and dont forget sex........did I mention sex?
Watched the whole thing 3 times. Best ever series.
Totally agree!
I really like the actor who played Damian. Made me imagine the pain, superb acting. And Hood...well I think I don't need to describe it, his skill's are a given.
Loved this show!! Wish it lasted longer than 4 season 😢
Never strike first when you’re facing an opponent who’s better than you… that’s exactly what they want because they know they can safely counter. Stay back and on your feet and look for opportunities
My confidence was the black guy
University exams were the white guy.
Greatest and realistic fight scene for me
Chances are an mma fighter is also better at fighting dirty than most people. However, if you've somehow excelled at fighting dirty all your life and you've got a real reason to win, this isn't impossible.
But the situation wouldn't end up like this
I legitimately Antony Starr is a little crazy. Thankfully he channeled his violent tendencies into acting. Great scene
@@batkat0 I see youre a part of that gang. I bet you believe that terrorists should also have the same rights as innocent civilians.
@@arnavaggarwal8770 what did he say?
@@arnavaggarwal8770 what did they say?
I believe you idiots don't have common sense but don't try to force your morals on others.
This scene made me watch this series and I must say that I do not regret having done it, it is the best f**ng series I have ever seen in my life
That fight never gets old 🔥👍
Never
freaking relentless and chaotic Homelander.. didnt expect the bones-cracking scene
This character is honestly cooler than homelander.
Those last 3 shots were personal 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
This is the best action series i have seen. No comparison.
I have been looking for something as good or better but can't find anything to compare
I’ve never seen this show but these fight scenes I keep watching are fucking pure gold damn
Why am I laughing when ever he screams?
LMAO ME TOO
Because it's so satisfying.
Cuz he is raper :)
This isn’t fighting ….. this is straight up combat !
That was so beyond satisfying
He's not only a badass in homelander his movies are insane
Bro hood fights to win I love the dirty plays
Folie guy: How much celery should i buy?
Director : Yes
That was times when Homelander was just peasant human 😁😀😄 DIdnt yall love when he drop down exhausted from such fight👍
I'm thinking Antony Starr would be able to pull off the role of Brian O Connor in Fast and Furious franchise.
I know that will definitely have mixed opinions, as nobody would be able to replace Paul Walker 👍🏻
Who fkn cares?
Mark Spurgeon , that may be a great idea .
Random af
May be a good idea, granted nobody could replace Paul Walker, but if they get permission to do so, it might be something to consider. Just sayin
As much as I agree with you, his role as Homelander is so ingrained into my brain that I think I wouldn't stop being able to see a psychopath posing as Paul Walker's character. It's unfortunately a downside of being such a great actor giving such an iconic performance. I'll never be able to unsee all those micro-expressions of psychosis flashing across his face as he played his role as Homelander to beyond perfection.
Homelander villain arc origin
Time traveler: *Kicks a rock
Homelander in this timeline:
Comitting police brutality? I mean he did that anyway
@@Fauwkes Hood isn't a real cop so technically, it's not police brutality. However, if the town of Banshee's got criminals posing as cops, then they got even bigger problems than excessive force
@@jerm5 yeah like the several violent crime factions that operate with impunity in full view of the public.
hearing him go from " get up bitch" to screaming like a bitch was immensely satisfying ahah
The last 3 hits sounded deadly
Homelander out casually roleplaying as a human 😂
Anthony Starr take a bow.....amazing series, random, violent, unpredictable, excessive.....👍👍
This scene shockingly went too far without anyone stopping them which will rarely happen in real life
Don’t overthink It bro
Dude, this is ''Banshee'' we're talking here.
not really , nobody told chuavin to get off of the dudes neck , killed the guy remember , that actually happens a lot , I'm guessing you live in a shelters community lol
@@timothyscott1951a drug overdose killed floyd
God that was satisfying. I felt like I let all my pent up anger out just watching that. And in reality, no one actually got hurt. It’s just a tv show.
Difference between someone who’s been fighting his whole life versus someone who’s been fighting for his life.
This show deserved more acknowledgement
I gotta be some kinda sociopath, I was laughing my ass off when Hood started beating his ass
That Pre-Homelander still hits hard as hell.
Man, Karl Urban's William Butcher v Anthony Starr's Lucas Hood has to be the ultimate dream fight.
4:10 'Oh, my God, somebody help poor innocent Sanchez, this animal of a sheriff is killing him!'
I love brutal fight scene 😊
THAT MAKES ME MORE ANGRY
Homelander is lucky Jon Jones didn't use his signature eye poke.
