Honeymoon is her best album
Omg, this and ocean blvd are some of the greatest albums ever made, PERIOD. *sigh* This album changed the chemical composition of my being, and I'm not exaggerating 😂❤
Born and raised in SoCal, here! It's a wonderful place to live, especially if you like being out in nature because we have it all - beaches, mountains, deserts, lakes, forests, cities... etc. People who hate it in CA are usually talking about LA/Hollywood because it's just celebrity and influencer culture there (yuck). It is also insanely expensive to live here, too. But all in all, i love it here, and there are lots of little gems, especially along the coast ( the central coast is awesome). ❤

Honeymoon is her dreamiest album, I think it has the best production because it sounds so majestic and luxurious and her voice shines a lot.

Okay. Lemme explain it to you, since nobody else will. Lana Career is divided in two sections or eras. First Lana or The debut Lana who is like a Fake persona "Old Hollywood woman very glamorous" and the new Lana after NFR, when she break The character Old Hollywood persona, and just straight talk about her life being a singer and how that world was consuming her and decided to step back from that star and that Glamorous status and just be the person, like a normal person.
PS: So basically NFR is her way to break the character, but theres many fans that followed her for that Fake Lolita persona, so that's perhaps why many of them cling to the previous works. Don't get me wrong, The way she did The Old album was so good tho. But in The new ones she grew as an artist.
Lana said there was never a persona. But Pre-NFR Lana was very driven in cinematic production because her main producer was Rick Nowels. Then she met Jack and everything changed.
I think Lana is proof you don’t have to fit into the stereotypical mould to succeed. A lot of people think just because you’re told how to do something one way, that’s the only way it should be done.

For mariners apt I think the chorus is from the man’s pov and the verse/ pre chorus is her
Why? All throughout the song she is saying stuff like - I’m the lightning, the thunder, your die-hard, maybe I could save you, let me in… it just transitions into chorus with the same meaning, and the “I’m your man” - it’s like a saying - “I got this, don’t worry”. No one ever says “I’m your woman”.
@@tangerine4665 because it’s her contemplating and having confused feelings. And then the chorus is him basically saying like “hey if you loose your way I’ll be by you no matter what. I’m your man.” They are saying similar things cause they are partners. She’s just struggling. She’s talking directly too him. It’s a conversation

Most ppl say nfr is her best work but i disagree altho it is beautiful, every one of her albums has grown on me overtime after listening to it SO many times, they're all unique and beautiful in their own ways but a lot of them don't connect w ppl at first listen. Her voice sounds almost perfect in this album bc her voice naturally suits a higher range. Love the overall psychedelic rock theme in this album, the instrumentals are gorg. She;s talking ab her own perspective for Mariner's shes' talkin ab being his ride or die. Once u watch her music videos you'll become more infatuated by how gorgeous she is fr. Nine minute song and it's still a fan favourite!!! Venice bitch is a work of art. Fuck it ily has become one of my favs. yup doin time is a cover but she did it justiceeee. Cinnamon girl is gorgeous and the outro makes it sm betterrr. Everything she writes is usually autobiographical about her own life and perspectives. She and kanye used to b friends she sung for his and kim's wedding, she came for him in this song after he started posting trump supporting shit. I think bar-t-tender sounds like glasses clinking together like you'd hear at a bar. Def react to more!!!!
