NAIA is not the worst airport. Not even the worst in Asia. There so many airports around the world that are worse than NAIA. Palibhasa ang mga Pinoy napaka reactive . Majority of the people’s basis are the things that they hear without researching or at least other airports. Tsk tsk tsk
At this point, we should avoid the "this is not the worst" mentality. Our government has always been touting that our economy is "one of the fastest growing" in Asia. They / We should make it happen. We should offer the best and state-of-the-art to match those other Tiger Economy Countries if we are who we claim we are. This is NAIA Terminal 3. You should experience other terminal especially terminal 1. It’s still the worst airport I’ve ever been and it’s even worst when you go outside the airport. Heavy traffic and if you want to avoid the traffic you have to pay an additional 250+ pesos for the Skyway. Metro Manila is too congested.
Korean operators who handle Incheon airport will take over NAIA so expect great improvement. For as long as the government isn't in the driver's seat, there's always a great improvement. 😊
Walk into any CR, if you smell a foul odor that makes you think this place is not cleaned regularly, then nothing has changed for the better. It will be the small detail that make travelers notice. Almost everyone visits the CR/ toilet before and after a flight. Trash cans emptied regularly is the second small detail, but it says a lot about how the establishment regards itself.
I think it's not going to miraculously change in a matter of days or weeks after the take over. It will take months to years to notice the changes. The airport was plague with negativity for years. So many problems and issues needs to be resolved. But it will all happen in years to come.
First ko time arrival sa T3 sa December 24 ng gabi 10 pm coming from LAX and connecting flight from Narita Japan to Manila na mdalas ko sa T1 at 2x sa T2 so i hope easy lng maka exit after immigration, baggage at ground transportation - Airport Yellow Taxi, Airport Coupon Taxi at Grab service going to my Hotel in Makati City. 🙄🤔
In Da Filifins, no major airport has mass transport to CHEAPLY travel to/from the airport. This easily makes PH Airports the worst. Sa NAIA, pag labas mo ng any terminals - NGANGA ka sa kung anong masasakyan mo without incurring a big hit sa pamasahe... of course T3 had made some strides with P2P busses pero hindi pa rin convenient. In 4-5 years, CRK (Clark International) will be the first with the NSCR and the NCR Rail systems feeding into it (MRT,LRT, MMS). It will be potentially cheaper to travel to and fly out of CRK instead of hailing a taxi/Grab to go to NAIA.
landing at Terminal 3 from Guam USA but goign to cebu city, landing time is 9:50PM I want to take the 11:30PM flight to cebu city, is that enough time for checked baggage and immigration? or should I take a flight at 3am?
