Nah, Midas just stole it from Gourdon, the same way last time he stole the Lamborghini from Deadpool's car dealership because the first Lamborghini ran out of petrol during the test drive and he hated the second one's colour anyway so he thought he deserved some price reduction... like 100% reduction.
