Best tip for Nilo is managing your stamina, you're way faster than other people, so instead of just running into them effortlesly... Try biting them once and stop for a second, you will regain some stamina back from that, and you can keep doing it repeatedly. If someone gets away just use godly leap to regain pretty much all your stamina back. And uhhhh radioactive spit thing is not good most of the time, just don't use it unless you have got a player cornered, or you place a puddle down so they can't loop you that easily.

Try using you'r Irradiated mist put them all over the area that he's looping around and after that try chasing him it may not work all the time but still :()
