@@Spamual2 this isn't even your only negative comment... You really said someone who is fat can't be attractive? Idk if your just in a bad mood because something happened or you're just an asshole in general but commenting shit like this isnt cool or funny, it just makes you look like a dumb ass.
Anne Bester maybe he leaves it on for insecurity reasons. I've gained some 40 lbs in the past 2 years and I now have a belly & love handles. I rarely chill in just a shirt around people. I feel like I look fatter than I am lol. I'm making sure I lose these damn 40 pounds next year 😡
Super deep talk, and I love it. Honestly, this is something I wasnt expecting but appreciated it a lot. Danny, I understand how you can be social but still have social anxiety. Joe, I also hate when people tell me I'm doing great, when I know for a fact I could do a million times better. I'm trying to get into my own field and people tell me I'm good. All I do now is compare myself out and know i could do more. 2019 is going to be a better year! Thank you for this both of you
Id be really interested in seeing a typical day in Joe’s life, he often talks about being busy and working a lot but in my head i just think he does the podcast and chill out but obviously theres more to it, that would be cool !
It's honestly so refreshing to hear men talk about their insecurities, body images and struggles with mental/emotional health. Love the mix of humor and serious topics in this episode!
I dont know you personally Joe and I fully comprehend everything you are saying. Everyone that watches your channel respects you and probably look up to you as a role model. Ur doing great brother, dont stop
A sincere "thank you" for the real talk on this podcast. Like Danny, I like all of the ridiculous topics y'all cover, but it's great to hear your thoughts on mental health, body image, goals and self-reflection. Happy New Year to you both!
Natalie Wallace I hope you’re getting better. That really sucks! My daughter is struggling which has made it a tough time for me 😕. Mental health issues are serious. And having to prove it to people is exhausting. Best wishes to you. Happy new year!
Danny, your trouble with reading doesn't isn't related to your intelligence, it's because of your anxiety and depression. As someone who has had both for a long time my doctor recommended things to me to help me focus and improve my concentration to combat the effects of depression and anxiety. Don't feel bad or dumb, you aren't! You're fighting a hard fight everyday, I get it all to well. Here's to a better 2019 Danny! Stay smokey 😊😊😊
I feel exactly the same way about how doing social media 1) makes you become "lazy" and not do more and actually reaching your true potential 2) makes you feel bad when people try to compliment you, but you know you could do more and 3) makes you slack and not have a set schedule. And thanks for pointing out that having a schedule and also doing things that you're not comfortable doing are things everyone NEEDS. I'm definitely going to try that now!
Anyone else feel like this was the most relatable and tangible episode so far? It was so refreshing to hear both of your real thoughts about your jobs/lives. It’s so evident that we’re listening to/watching a genuine and honest conversation between two friends that really care about each other’s opinion. You’re both just lovely men. Thank you for making these brilliant videos.
This made my day! The last 8 minutes friends and family for life. It’s one of life’s greatest joys are people who you love and appreciate and vice versa.
I grew up with literally no childhood friends and it feels soo good to hear that’s a thing. I genuinely get happy from hearing how happy you’ve become with life and your new friend(s). I live my friendships through you guys. Thank you. I plan on being on the cast one day. I have quite the story to tell. Blessings
I feel like a huge part of reading too that not only helps you get into it, but keeps you wanting to read more long term, is just reading something you’re genuinely interested in. Just like anything. You’re more likely to retain the things you learn from videos, classrooms, etc. if it’s something you’re already interested in - you study more consciously. I couldn’t read any book given to me in high school and college, but now going to book stores and finding things that intrigue me is one of my favorite things, and I find reading super relaxing. Pretty much look forward to reading everyday as a break from everything else and an escape into whatever world I’m currently invested into. There’s a rant for ya.
I feel ya, my internal clock has me awake at 5am no matter what. I was never a morning person till I got older now I love it. Something about the quite stillness that lets you feel like you can plan ur day or take care of stuff without interruptions.
Been re watching old podcasts and I have now set my alarm tomorrow for 6:30 instead of 7:30 even though I have nothing much to do thanks for the inspiration guys!
Probably my favorite episode this far, I love it when people have meaningful conversations, and this shows how they actually feel. Love these guys. Btw, I know we've seen some of your friends in your older videos on the other channel, but we should see all your friends at some point, they sound amazing.
Joe your talk about struggle and working hard to get to where you are was really inspiring. My goal for 2019 is to have the type of motivation you have.
Being in my late 20s I find myself listening to more talk shows out of no where and turning into my mother. 😂 I love that yours are the most relatable though because you are both the most down to earth.
I'm a therapist! I love helping people even though I've been through hell and back and sometimes visit whether I want to or not. You got this, Danny. You guys are silly but wise. You guys are my therapy. LOL!
Another amazing episode, I loved it! You never need to regret having genuine real moments and discussions, the world I think is looking for something and people ‘closer’ to themselves, not unreachable ‘far away’ celebrities who no one can relate to or understand! The laughs, the jokes, the stories and the sharing, it’s all ‘real’, i absolutely love watching you guys
I would love to talk to Danny about mental health, it's something that we so need in this world. Im glad you're with us now, bcz ive been struggling for so many years
I'm there with Danny on reading books. Start reading and just fall asleep, or start reading while thinking of other things in my head at the same time , then I have no idea what I just read. My solution was AUDIBLE . What a game changer!
1:15:17 "A positive mindset will change everything else that you do." Thanks for that quote Danny ❤️ My resolutions are to work on self care and optimism, and this quote hit home hard. I've been really depressed and anxious with my future which have led to me making some negative, unhealthy choices. I'm hoping 2019 will be a year of success, positivity, and a healthier mindset.

Thank you for this episode. I woke up feeling a certain kind of way; exhausted, sad, and dragging my feet. I was quick to claim so much for 2019 and within hours i felt like i failed because of my own mental health issues. Watched you guys for a laugh (which i got) but i also got my motivation back. You two are amazing! Thank you!
Super motivational podcast this time around thank you guys for the kick in the ass I have now started to get up at 6 to star my day and get shit done even when I don’t have to “get out of my comfort zone “
going through a rough time right now so I've just been watching old episodes to feel better and Danny look so different!! He looks good all the time but these days (2020) he looks so healthy it makes me happy :)
Danny thank you for saying what you did about stretch marks! I was 234 and went to 120 (too low) but even at 140 I still have them no matter how much vit e or stretch marks cream I use
That weight loss is amazing! Congratulations, I'm sure it took a lot of hard work. Without going to a plastic surgeon it's almost impossible to get rid of stretch marks. I've had mine for 9 years and used so much stuff trying time get rid of them for a while. Now i don't really care because I've had them for so long.
Before I had my daughter I worked third shift and I got off work at 630 am and I wouldn’t go to bed till 8 am. Wouldn’t wake up till about 1-3 pm. But now since I have a 3 month old daughter and she wakes up about 730 for a feeding and a diaper change And play for a couple hours. I still work third shift so when she falls back asleep around 9ish we don’t wake up till about 2 pm so I can get ready for work at 4 pm.
Kassidy Laffoon you’re a hero to me. I get off of work at 1am be home by 2am and won’t fall asleep until 3am. Normally I don’t wake up until noon and I’m almost always upset because I feel like I’m missing out on the mornings.
