Hi Roe, well done. Good to see you. Sorry I've not been about much but my fur baby cat Buttons is dying. He's got heart failure and has been not very well. Prognosis is not very good I'm afraid. 😢😢 He's back home with us until end. I've been off plan since Christmas gained 6 pounds. Back on it now fingers crossed. Lots of 🫂 and ❤love xx😘

Hi roe well done to you for doing so well I am on a third book of a type journal with sw I bought some sticker to put them in it I will be able to look back at the end of the year and see what I have had on plan and how I felt as I became a target member 1 year and 7 month I needed to to somethingdifferent it is working for me irene 🐝🧵🐝
