    I love to hear from other people who have these and still have families and active lives. The best medicine for me is reassurance and knowing I'm not alone!

    I’m so sorry you have so much. I had two today. I get them around every other week and it’s still too much. I can’t imagine having so much. I’ll take your advice. Hope I can get relief too but you definitely deserve it more.

    I have been a bodybuilder for 10 years and 2020 hit and I developed PVC's. Now man I can lift 5 days a week and I can barley run TRT (My Dr hates TRT) but honestly man it is a scary ass feeling. I get most mine before bed too they're horrible man absolutely crazy.

    • @gwheel3502
      @gwheel3502  Год назад +1

      Definitely scary, its something you never get used to in my opinion. Every time I get them they still scare me but I have to tell myself and my subconscious that I have been cleared by (2) Cardiologists and they are harmless.
      I have heard some supplements can trigger PVCs, do you take anything they may cause them in your bodybuilding?

      @@gwheel3502 Honestly probably the Test Replacement isn't helping my case but I ran so much test for so many years I can never bring back natural levels it sucks sometimes honestly. I do miss the old days so bad lol!
      I swear man I can't believe they can't do much for us other then Beta Blockers. I am the same way been to 2 Cardiologist/EP's and they all said the same thing. It just always feels like when the pain hits daily that it has to be a heart problem right?

    • @gwheel3502
      @gwheel3502  Год назад +1

      @@BigSparky1316 Good point, the TRT could very well be the root cause. Getting older stinks, ha!
      Yeah, it seems like so many people have them there would be a better solution. But for many, they do go away on their own and that may be why there is nothing really for them. There are anti arrhythmia medications but typically Docs wont prescribe them for ectopics unless they are painful or a more serious issue is found (per my doctor) and they also carry risk of more severe side affects.
      And I always think the same, how can these not be harmful! But they aren’t, they are very common, even higher burden rates like I had are pretty common and harmless. I’ve talked with many people who have dealt with them for years and live perfectly healthy and normal lives.
      best advice is try not to focus on them, keep your mind occupied and positive while maybe considering coming off the TRT or trying Magneisum or other OTC solutions like upping your electrolytes.
      All the best to you!

      @@gwheel3502 I appreciate that advice brother I wish I could I took a year off of everything and I did have a tiny bit less daily but man I couldn't have sex, kept getting fatter and fatter and just all around severe depression. It definitely sucks both ways but at least I feel like a man this way you know?
      See that is really badass information brother becuase I get the Jelly heart feeling 100 times a day with the pauses and bangs in my chest and it brings a bit on chest pain and uncomfortable pains. But my EP says there is nothing to worry about and along with you confirming this makes me feel way better. Thanks for posting all the good content man this is awesome.

    Hey! Happy to hear thinks are getting better. As you, I had 12% burden. Mine are PVCs, something that I realize is that coffee is a big trigger for me and once pvcs start, everything start all over again. So I stay away from coffee and chocolates. Becareful with the chocolate protein shakes as well. God bless you and your family.

    I get around 3k PACs per day. My holter showed a run of PACs, longest being 15beats in row. Do you ever get runs. My cardiologist said the runs could be grouped in with SVT but are somewhat different. They feel like shit lol

      Sorry to hear you’re experiencing these darn things as well, I have not had any long runs as of yet but I do know it’s pretty common…can’t imagine that feels good at all, 1 every 4 beats is worrisome enough!

    I think that subreddit can be a rabbit hole at times. If someone is dealing with bad anxiety I don’t really recommend it. We really do not know the reason someone is getting a PVC on the other side of the screen. People sometimes too say they are going to die and all that doesn’t help mentally.
    I wish there was an actual group of people like us who have structurally sound hearts after testing and have checked out everything. Just kinda going through life and seeing what happens 😅

    • @gwheel3502
      @gwheel3502  2 года назад +1

      Well said! I do find myself now being the voice of reason a lot of times in that sub, lots of panicking people which is understandable but they jump far too quickly to conclusions. It’s gotten worse it seems the past few weeks as well, I’ve noticed the cardiologist who was in there doesn’t comment anymore either.
      Agreed! I guess this RUclips can be our outlet for the structurally normal hearted 😂

    • @BigSparky1316
      @BigSparky1316 Год назад

      I can't lie I agree man it's the anxiety that eats people up and it adds to the palpitations and PVC's. I know from first hand going through it. Its dope having people that are level headed about it to help out tho. I been getting my super bad again out of no where and it fucks me up. I am still dumbfounded that no one has made a pill or a way to get rid of these yet.

    🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻,
    Keep your head up
    You’re staying active and eating clean that’s good , your exercising .
    For me I can feel them so when I start having them it panics me and I have to sit down or lay down which makes things worse because the depression sets in because you’re afraid to do anything it’s just a battle trying to stay positive wearing a two week heart monitor starting yesterday so last time I got like 50,000 of these things today they were PVCs the lower part of your heart so I can feel them horrible last time when I had a cardiac ablation and now I am wearing it again after I think it’s been 130 days , anyway thanks for sharing God bless . 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.

    • @gwheel3502

      Thank you for sharing as well. Hate that you are going through these even after an ablation….definitely can sympathize with feeling them and making it worse thinking about it.
      Hoping that your holter shows less of a burden, 10K was bad but 50k a day I can’t imagine 🙏🙏🙏

    Thanks for keeping the updates going. I have similar strategy to you. Running most days, and take the ginger and lemon (+garlic) drink. I think the drink has been pretty effective! As I mentioned to you before mine all began a few years ago after Covid infection. They eventually disappeared, but returned after a 2nd bout of Covid in June. Like you I feel much improved at present, and am hoping these to will hopefully fade away. I also was always taking my pulse, and I think this can only add to your anxiety, which probably makes things worse. So I no longer do so. One thing to mention. Do you have a Kardia Mobile device? I have found this a very useful and accurate device. It was recommended by my cardiologist. It is not too expensive and provides assurance when your worried it may be Afib. Anyway all the best to you, hope you continue to improve!

    • @gwheel3502
      @gwheel3502  2 года назад

      Thanks you for sharing, definitely very similar!
      Yep I do have the Kardia mobile, also recommended by my cardiologist. Although my device always says I have PVCs and both my cardiologists said nope, they’re PACs….they said kardia is great but not always accurate.

    • @tumbleweed666
      @tumbleweed666 2 года назад +1

      @@gwheel3502 Yes Kardia mobile has some limitations agreed. It gave me a reading of Atrial fibrillation on 2 occasions, which obviously really concerned me greatly. However when I sent the trace off for Clinicians review. It turned out it was multiple PAC's. Another incident I found interesting was a friend of mine was recently diagnosed with Atrial fibrillation on a routine medical. He said he has never felt any discomfort whatsoever. Yet me with a more benign condition have often felt really breathless and uncomfortable. Seems counter intuitive really. Anyway best wishes and keep up the updates they are much appreciated.👌

    I am struggling with my heart contractions 3 years , I have examined everything and I am almost sure that the contractions trigger something from the stomach , I am eternally accompanied by all sorts of discomfort in the abdomen during contractions.
    Every time I feel these cramps is nightmarish ... feels them quite intensely, especially this longer break and a sudden blow to the breasts ....

      Glad to hear it my friend! I would constantly check my pulse all day long! Its such a bad rabbit hole to go down. Did that for 2 years. Health anxiety and genaralized anxiety is no fun. It really took me 2 years to get over it, and on occasion still bothers me. Your doing all the right things! All important testing was completed and yours was good! I think its just that weird sensation from the pvcs- pacs that makes it so weird.
      Check Dr Sonjay Gupta cardiologist from York. Will tell you anything you need to know about etopics
      May your fears be lifted!!
