Great video but definitely goofy movement. I don't know much about video animation or CG effects but i think black space and a VHS filter probably makes it fairly easy to hide revealing artifacts
Couldn't the two guys just be further away from the camera than the alleged Bigfoot, thus making them look quite a bit shorter / smaller? Even when they put both the guys & the creature on the screen together, the guys look like they are several feet farther back from the camera than the Bigfoot. Oops! I didn't realize they said the same thing in the video!
Lovely to see you posting regularly again. Not to blow my own trumpet, but I wrote about the provenance of this on TTs channel when it came out. At the time he put up a link to a YT video where he claimed he'd found it. The video was deleted when you followed the link. This was no doubt done by him to hide the real source, which doesn't even pretend to be anything other than a joke. As for the video itself, for my money it's certainly CGI. On TT the YT link is gone now, as are my many debunking comments across his videos, which he adored deleting soon after I posted them. Still, I was rather impressed that he recently came out as strongly as he dared for Harris. There's a strong correlation between MAGA and BF true believers of course. It's not a coincidence.
It's a child game to fake this out. I'd do that in Halloween night after roasting a couple of marshmallows: Step 1: buy or rent a sasquatch costume. Step 2: pick your crappiest potato camera Step 3: get your tallest friend to wear the costume Step 4: sasquatch parade (nice human gait btw) step 5: get your 5′ 5 ft friends to parade and make your bigfoot seems like a towering giant in comparison step 6: Make sure to have grotesque hype narration in the video so that we hear nothing of the native audio of the footage. Et voila, le shitpost video is ready!
I think that the most harmful thing for genuine cryptozoology are fake accounts and hoaxes. But they wouldn't be as bothering, if it wasn't for all the people who spreads them without even considering the source of the information. Furthermore, I believe some of them are intentionally spreading those fakes, simply to create content.

As an animator, I pretty much immediately called it out as a CGI walk cycle. It's very robotic.
