Human Right is Fundamental Cultural Right is not Fundamental, Therefore Parliament must know the difference-- The Constitution of Ghana protects the Right of all Citizens- Human Right now for citizens be ye Homosexual or Heterosexual or Whatever. - why not pass a Law the all Males ( gender) be circumcised in Ghana. How many people (male) are circumcised in Ghana. Shame on you Sam George and his group of ignorant Parliamentarians.
