イースシリーズでも一番大好きな作品だし、自分の人生観に大いに影響を与えたといっても過言ではないくらい心に残る名作。
懐かしくなって今更コメント。まじでよかった。物語と音楽がすごすぎる。特に、私が一番感動したのは、オープニング曲では聞けば聞くほど感動できる。同じメロディであれだけの表現力を出せるのはまじですごい。主メロと副メロが逆転してる箇所も、曲全体の芯が全くずれない。そして、そのメロディが物語の要所で使われているため、シナリオの一体感が数段階上がってる感じがする。この作品のBGMは、ただのBGMではなく、本当にアドルとプレイヤーが一体になるために必要不可欠な音楽作ってきてるを感じる。この作品は、本当に日本ファルコムの強みが出ている素晴らしい作品だった。
今でも遊ぶくらい神ゲー

グラフィックはたしかに古かったけれど、ストーリー、バトル、キャラ、音楽、どれも最高だった。とくに脚本。丁寧に紡がれる物語は名人芸の域。ヒロインとしてのダーナは、ある意味で初代ヒロイン フィーナを超えた、と考える

友達にグラフィックバカにされてゴミゲー扱いされたけどこれはほんとに面白いゲームだと思った

CitronCoffee ゲームに対する向き合い方が違うんだなって思った
もともと他の人とはゲームに対する価値観みたいな何か違うなって思ってたけどそういうところが全く合わないなって気がついた瞬間だったよ
もっと楽しくゲームしようと思わないのかな

I've only just recently got into the Ys series with Memories of Celceta, and I absolutely loved it. I'm very excited for this to come out, and I'd like to try out some of the others in the series too.

ファルコムは発売時期を統一してくれてるから、好きになれる
I'm halfway they this game and it's easily one of the best I've ever played in my 20+ years of gaming. The music, story, combat system, all of them are phenomenal. The characters are well designed and great to look at, I could go on and on. I seriously wish they made a modern anime based faithfully on the game, that would be incredible

I don't know, listening to Adol say "alright!" in Seven was ok (haven't played Celcetta yet, does Adol speak in that one?), but hearing him speak so often kinda steals the magic of Ys for me. And hey, a playable Ys girl, now that's new.

神ゲー過ぎた
イースシリーズというか、日本ファルコムのゲームを初めてプレイしたのがイース8となったがトロコンするぐらい面白かった。ストーリーも勿論面白かったがそれ以外にもbgmとキャラデザがこれぞ王道RPGって感じで気に入ったし、なによりゲーム性が良すぎる。元がVitaのゲームとはいえあのロードの短さとサブクエのボリュームバランス、戦闘のテンポが完璧だった。イースシリーズや軌跡シリーズにも興味がでてきたからやってみたくなった

最近switchで買いました！ コントローラーが勝手に動いて操作むずかったけどほんとに楽しい神作です
I'm really glad Adol doesn't use shield in this game, most of the fans seem disappoint but I don't really like SnS battle style, using only sword look really cool in my opinion.

普通に面白かった
今更だけど今日クリアした…軌跡シリーズはやったことあってイースは初めてだったけど、とてもいい作品だった
アクションゲームとしても面白く、ストーリーはもう一人の主人公・ダーナがとても魅力的で圧倒的ヒロイン力を魅せ付けられ虜になった
お転婆巫女とかいわれてるくせに顔が良いからたまに憂いを帯びた表情とかしてくるのずるいし、国のみんなの為に最後まで必死あがき続ける姿も美しい
よくアハハって笑うけどあれはなんというか愛想笑いで本当に心から笑ってたのは最後だけだったな～ってああなんじゃこの娘尊い…その服えっち…
Falcom, please, tell NIS America to release it not only on Steam, but on GOG as well!
軌跡シリーズでファルコムを知って神作と言われてるイース8を最近やってみました。
グラフィックがあまり良くないのと(まぁファルコムだし)、たまに重くなったりするところが気になりました。
ただそれを軽く帳消しにするほどのストーリーとBGM、個性的なキャラクターの数々、神作と言われる理由がよく分かりました。
グラフィックを上げてまたリメイクしてくれたら絶対に買います。

That's true. If that's the case then the boss theme doesn't feel as pumping like previous titles.
+TreizeX could probably the opening encounter with the wolfs at the start of the island

去年の年末に2週開休み取って、セルセタと8と9を一気にやりました。
やっぱり8が断トツで楽しかったですね! 小学生以来でしたゲームにのめりこんだのは(*´ー｀*)

Hmm, two things:
1. It looks like Falcom really wants to stick to those life-sized 3D models over their chibi counterparts, and I can't say it's something that I'm familiar with, yet. I personally enjoyed the chibi-models, and it really looks like falcom still has a ways to go with dealing with this kind of 3D model.
2. Did Adol really need a voice? And it's a generic shounen one to. I just don't see why he couldn't stay stoic and mute, because that's a very, very, iconic trait for him. That and, there aren't a lot of voiceless protagonists lately, and the ones that are voiced are usually pretty obnoxious.
Overall, I'm sure Falcom is doing their best, so I'll with hold any further judgments on my part. But this still looks like a work in progress :o, will be interesting to see what they'll be capable of putting out 5 years from now, after they master 3D models.

FF 4, 5, 6, 7 suikoden legend of dragoon, secret of mana, chrono trigger, breath of fire 3, terranigma.........They are my favorite JRPG.

イースⅧは、VITAで買うかどうか悩んでしまう。PS4版の方が快適になるのは分かりきっているのだが、来年まで待たねばならないのが辛いところだね。

まあ、そうなんですが。ただ、一度クリアして全部知っているストーリーをやり直すのは、なかなかキツいものがありますな。
赤毛のアドル・クリスティンの物語14・15歳の時に2のオープニングで衝撃を受け、今では45歳にゲームやれる環境にないですが新作が出る度に気になります
shinpapa1971 俺も40代ですが、環境を工夫してプレイしてますぜ。特にイース8は、個人的には思い出補正のかかる1に並ぶ神作です。ぜひ。島を舞台にした児童文学のような冒険感にワクワクしますよ。
私もイースプレステ4のゲームを、やれる環境厳しいです。息子がイース8。全クリアしていまい、腹が立ちます。イース8台無しです。息子のせいで。

今のテレビって、極端に言うと右動かして1秒後に右動くみたいな感じで困るのよね。ブラウン管だとそんなことないのに。ファミコンをRF接続してこりゃダメだと思ったよ。ビデオ入力あってちゃんと表示できるのが欲しい。古いテレビはいつまで動かせるか・・・

They definitely improved on the character models in this version, but they didn't keep it within context of the environment and level design. So it's giving off an uncanny valley effect and looks weird. It's like playing with 3D character models of 2013 in a game level stage visual environment of 2004. It looks very sloppy.
While I wait until this Ys, I would like to play some other of the series. Which one do you recommend (I've only played Memories of Celceta)?
If you have steam, I'd recommend felghana the most, but 1&2, origin and Napishtim are good if you want to follow the story a bit. Since you've played celceta, get 7 on the Vita. 7 is my favorite. Also, if you want to try something a bit different, the Legend of Heroes series is really good. It's more traditional than Ys, and focuses more on world building and character story instead of action. Start with Trails in the sky for that. The first 2 are out on steam, and the third should be coming soon. Trails of cold steel comes after that, also three parts, and is on vita.

What I want is to play some Ys for PC. So, which one do you recommend the most? Felghana, 1&2, Origin or Napishtim?

I suggest you to do the first two games (they're tied) but if you have problems with the battle system i recommend you to play Origins (its kinda the prequel of the first games). Felghana is the remake of the third game and Napishtim is the 6th game

ダーナの最後は思っていたような悲劇じゃなく、あれ以外に正解はないと思った。その点で制作陣は上手く落としどころを作ったと思う。PC88の１からイースやってるけど（ポータブル機以外）、ダーナはまたいつか登場してほしいキャラかな。巫女なのにその辺に普通にいそうなお転婆で天真爛漫な天然キャラだけど、小さい体に重い運命を背負っているのが余計に儚さを感じさせた。

I think Adol loves adventuring so much to the point where whenever he sees a ship he can't help but to hop onto it, because he knows he'll get into trouble by doing so!

It's like he will be pulled to a region where incident happens. If the destination of the ship is it, like in Seven, that's good. If not, farewell ship.

Vita版を即買いして6週位はしたと思う
Vitaはあんまり評価良くない異端の機体だけど、ソルサク、mgs3、イース8、EDF3とまああげればキリがない位は神ゲーが多かった
ソルサクに関してはVita限定だから今でもたまにやってるな
Switch版移植してくれないかな〜…復活しないと言われてたアーマードコアですら新作発売してる訳だしチーム再結成してSwitch版に…とかあればいいのに

Man, I like the Ys saga, but at this point Falcom seriously need to step up their game with 3D assets.

Im not sure if it's just the framerate though because slow down was a gameplay mechanic that players were able to utilize in memories of celceta by either dodging or blocking an enemy attack at the right moment to get an advantage.
