There is an app called Apex Rivals which is basically a career mode for both Assetto Corsa and Automobilista 2 that even lets you add your own rivals who have their own careers alongside yours. The only thing is that you have to add mods to the its car and track lists manually.

I've a nascar 2022-2024 mod on rFactor 2. Based on the NR2003 FCRD mod.
And a 2001 and 2003 (default cup) mod.
doubt you actually do as there has been no releases for the next gen in NASCAR besides skin packs for the base stock car in rFactor 2

While I understand that this is a simulator racing game and not at all an arcade or even sim-cade racer, I still wish there were settings in terms of additional assists to make the game playable on a controller. I've owned a wheel in the past and it's simply not for me.
Don't get me wrong tho, this is great to see and huge props to the modding community and everyone involved. The fact that modders can do so much without getting paid or advertising compared to the developpers (which obviously have to build the whole engine and other stuff so its not the best comparison but they still get paid).
Modders will always make better content than pro developers because they have more passion and not held back by deadlines and profit
I wish it had rolling starts like in iRacing.
Oval/Nascar racing in iRacing is so fun
A person in the community named Nuzzi made an add-on app for rolling starts and other things like mechanical failures and full-course yellows, but it’s payware.
The neat thing about the rolling starts app though is that you can customize it to do things like having different classes start separately like they do in IMSA and WEC in real life.
Make sure you have you wheel and pedals ready next time

love nr2003, but it falls flat when you wanna run GTs, drift, or do open wheel stuff
indycar mods on pta physics with gripped up tracks aren't bad! but nothing beats assetto corsa or iracing with proper weightjacker, engine maps, and aeropush
@@bondedwithpotatoes0076 although I do love NR2003, (and it may have more car mods than ac), ac is just definitively the better game as it is literally a sandbox experience with cars as u can add apps through menus that can change the race (such as weather, which NR lacks). I was surprised by just the sheer amount of features this game possesses, and am gonna be taking a break from nr2003 lol
Oh, I didn’t know you could do freeroam street racing, touge racing, rally, rallycross, drag racing, GT racing, F1, IndyCar, V8 Supercars, old school Trans-Am, Le Mans, Super GT, and everything else in NR2003 like you can in Assetto Corsa.
AC is only $1.99 on Steam right now. Def worth buying rn even if you don't have the PC to play it on decent settings.

@@darkcrypto_yt you just have to find some vids on how to get higher fps and it should work decently on some maps it runs perfect other maps it runs somewhat decent but it never runs slow for me

yeah you really sold the whole assetto corsa thing, I've installed hundreds of mods now. btw how do you figure out the right stick camera? I'm on a ps5 controller and i cant assign the camera control to the right stick

Why is it so hard to get italics right? So many painters are just too lazy to notice the number is skewed the opposite way on the opposite side, or they just can't do it. Either way, if you can't get a paint scheme right, you're not gonna get anything else about the mod right either.

Asseto's modding community is huge but I'd argue that the bikes and mx sim communities while smaller have a much more vast selection of modded motorcycles.
Can you return back to Nascar Team Control 06 just for an episode. Its just a suggestion as the game is really fun
