I had this problem but I started running the game directly as administrator (without Blizzard app, through the SC2Switcher.exe), in 32-bit (64-bit is apparently trash) and on lower details and now Stukov works fairly well.
CtG is like ok now you move the bunker here and we are gonna build some bunkers there. Aight not completed wasted... Ok, then you build another engineering bay to resume the research.... and I am like sorry mate, after the 1st bunker, then what????
What hot keys were you using? You mass select SCVs, build a bunch of bunkers....do they auti go back to gathering afterwards? Do you have to tell them to?
I use TheCore hotkey setup. You have to shift-right-click them back to the minerals after queueing up the bunkers so they would automatically go back. But if you had good macro, you can probably just have 3 SCVs constantly building new bunkers

Usually bunkers work fine, but when the enemy comp was Terran Shadowtech or SkyTerran, it's a lot more difficult because reapers do high damage to either infested troopers or bunkers itself, not to mention that it takes so many infested troopers to kill just one liberator. And SkyTerran of course, it's easier at first, but Stukov will have detections later than other commanders to deal with annoying banshees. So I wonder what's your countermeasure about these??
I'm not that sure since I don't play Stukov much, but when you know what enemy comp is, you should bring some mech to aid(I do the same with Raynor), like if it's skyterran you should consider liberators supporting the bunkers, heavy ground should be infested siege, the important part is to know the enemy comp before the huge waves starts killing your bunkers. For detection is more of the map than enemy comp, if it's defense, turrets should do the trick but at offense an overseer is better. If somehow you don't have detection all you can do is ask ally to help, most commanders can have detection early or kill with other means. Just be sure that you should ask help BEFORE they get to your base since most of the times, this happens when you and your ally is distracted with objectives, at least until you get detection and an entire nation of zombie bois rekting amon

I feel like uprooted bunkers should attack while moving. I mean its the infested marines attacking inside of it, not the bunker itself.

Any plans to showcase some neglected or underused units? I have never seen anyone use Brood Queens, for example.
