I mean, dealing with a Deso Engine with Servant of Dark Powers is quite a challenge. Terrifying 13, all the abilities, built in suit for Necrotic Decay and after three min 4 hits, you kill and heal
While fun to play, it's not very viable at a tournament to pay 12 SS for a huge DF 3 model. Nothing wrong w having some fun with it. But that's not something I think anyone on our team would take to an event or something like that like.

I have been waiting for this list as I just picked up the crew but felt pretty average about them in keyword. My locals is pretty heavy on playing in keyword. Man I can't agree more with ashes and rusty just feeling so underwhelming. I always felt I needed more cards with this crew as it was so card intensive so thanks for the suggestions I've only had 5-6 games so far but hope to have more. I feel like Marlena wants to be the crews healer or health battery but for 2 more stones you get hodgepodge?
Yep, quite a depressing listen when you see so little of his keyword is good for ver1. It's almost an hour into the episode before we get to a model people think you should bring! :)

scavs yeet roided up deso engine forward, which proceeds to charge in and kill 1 or 2 models turn 1. Sure it might die but due to its healing and terrifying it might not... If levi is close it gets to heal 1 probably every activation with ruinous repairs too. Its a fun model i think
The problem there is that you then don't get the benefit from him on T's 1 and 2 during your unpack, and you miss early turns of handing out the upgrades as well. But in some cases, yes i've done it. Just not most.

Outside of running the Seven, do y’all ever take an Effigy w/upgrade to still get you an Emissary, just delayed?
