I would suggest, not to use aluminium utensils.For better iron consumption use iron vessels. They are heavy but they give so much nutrition. I personally use mud pots but I'm not sure how many have that much patience to cook in mudpot. Mudpot is the best among all.

I use oil once I use small kadai for Deep fry and throw it many think why u waste oil If use reheating oil it may cause cancer too.. if we fry use it one stretch in house we follow this for two person we fry one time and the same oil reheat for next 3 person to give hot poori I telly family member I m going to make poori be ready other wise u get warm poori only not often make again n again
