Bet there were plenty of huntsman spiders hanging around inside the house and outside with all those gum trees. We get heaps inside our beach house from the gum trees, especially if it is going to rain. Good thing I am not frightened of spiders lol. But mice are terrifying.
You do very good work. People are lucky to get you. Some people just need to live in a 100% concrete jungle. If they want some green, go to the paint store.
