Cool Fabrication! I always like to make stuff like this to personalize my vehicles, computer desk, house, etc. And now, finally, after a five-month wait, and going through two local companies, I am getting my very first chair. It's a Merits Velocity 325 (I forget the rest of the specific numbers). In cany apple red, of course. It seems to have relatively decent specs, though I'm not super happy with the range. So, once the warranty runs out I will be looking at increasing that with battery mods. I've noticed that these dealers are like car dealers - they stuffed me into this model with no advance warning, but after some research I decided to accept it. It seems like a nice chair - comfy ride, 6.5 mph, 20 mile range, but no seat lift. Otherwise it's fully loaded. Looks like I will also have to fight for the accessories I want. They don't want to include any, so they said none are covered, but I got a letter from CMS yesterday that says they will cover any and all accessories. So there's a small battle I'll have to wage. Anyway, it will be here in two weeks. I'll have to fabricate the mount for my Caire Eclipse POC, and add 2 12v cig plugs to power that and a phone. But it already has a full light kit, so that is a plus! Anyway, more when I get it. Any opinions from y'all? Advice?

If you bring that USB charger up to the top corner of the plate and just slightly above it by an 8th of an inch you can avoid having to grind the corner down.

I 3d printed a backing plate that sits inside my pouch and I just zip tied everything to my side rail with the pouch sitting as high as I could get it.

Why not just use velcro between the plate and the bag?
