I believe this is a reference to the plot of the first game, where the MC goes to prison for ten years after he takes the blame for murdering his boss.

Bit of a weird compliment, but your horror videos are such a good break for my ears. Instead of an ear-piercing scream, it’s more like a depressed wail, and I like that.

I love this in every single video but I’ve never made a comment about it- I really love hearing you narrate in these games! It makes it feel creepier when you emphasize some words like at the end you said “we WILL meet again” instead of just a boring “we will meet again”. Love the content! ❤

If I’m not mistaken I think the Japanese monster also known as a Yokai in this is called the Teketeke as I noticed that it has no lower body and makes the same sound that said Yokai makes, the Yokai is a girl who died on train tracks losing her bottom half and she then looks for others hunting them down and cutting them in half, She can no longer pass on due to her sudden and untimely demise she is said to haunt old railways, Abandoned buildings, and large open fields, the Name Teketeke comes from the sound she makes as her arms and torso scratch along the ground as she moves, Once she finds a target you can never truly escape she will always get them in the end.

I wonder if there are more endings. Because a few things didn't make sense one is you don't find out what exactly she was, why was there only a master key to the first floor levels which he didn't actually go into all of them to look around or some of the other places, he didn't really get a chance to explore that last area after using the ladder because she just appear and he runs straight to that door instead of trying to see if there was another place he could run to and then when he was in that like little housing area there was her going into the fog and disappearing and that one lady just kneeling down next to the door that wasn't explained either.

I like the note at the start about being left out by friends. I recently burned bridges with someone who I noticed treats her friends more like her personal fan club. There's a story behind this, but now isn't the time nor place, I guess. But yes, if friends don't treat you like a friend, even after you try, it's time to move on. Also, I loved this game, had me nostalgic for the old PS2 days with Silent Hill 2 and Fatal Frame.

If you feel left out, bring it up with your friends! If you feel too anxious doing it face to face, message them; the point is, communication is the key! You can do it 💚

The reason for the characters splitting up in horror situation is for the author to have more options at scaring the audience, or more options for death scenes, its more for creativity’s sake or more chances at getting the attention of the audience
While its more logical for the characters themselves and their survival, it is limiting for the author.
This is a classic case of the characters not having a choice there and following the guidelines of a greater being for us (the audience) this could be a great concept for a horror game/movie in itself.
Realizing that they never had a choice in the first place, so lets not blame the characters, lets blame the author for killing off our favorite characters.
What I find funny is that an author will never feel guilty, it does not matter, what matters are the results… so are we (the audience) to blame?
