KAO KUEN Horizontal Automatic Moulding Line 高昆水平式套箱自動造模線

This is a horizontal carrier-type sand mold moulding line. Two separate hydraulic extrusion moulding machines are used to form the upper and lower sand molds. The air pressure is used in this extrusion process. The two sand moulds will go through the process of joint together, reversing, removing to the trolley casting line, teeming into shape and cooling down. After that, the sand moulds will be demoulded by the device, packed into boxes then shaped.
The moulding sandbox is moulded from ductile iron.
