Thanks for watching, Kia-Belle! Are you home? Bummed we missed your livestreams but glad you were able to get back to Vegas. Looks like you had a great time:)
Well...... it's so nice to see you guys! We love Marriott properties... never traveled with a pet. We've always used a dog hotel. We never thought people would respond well to a 70 lbs Pitbull/Lab ... LOL... Thanx for sharing this video... Be Well Chris and Cat!!!
Malik!!!! We’re so happy to hear from you. Which dog hotel do you use? Cosmo has a deal with a nearby company that will pick up/drop off daily. We are considering it, but also worried about leaving her. She has a bit of separation anxiety we’re trying to work through. We’d love to get a pic of your dog if you want to email us:)
@@TheMidlifeRide We (used 😞) a place here in Pittsburgh called Camp Bowow ... also have used a place called The Dog Stop ... both were great although one time we came home to a red eyed dog with no explanation from The Dog Stop... Unfortunately our dear M.J has passed on... about 3 years now.. We are still not ready for another as M.J ( Montrose Jones) was very much family. He was born on the day that Michael Jackson died... so we named him MJ but not Michael Jackson... he was our Montrose Jones... if I can find pics i'll send..
@@WiseMalik Aww, we’re sorry to hear he’s gone. That story is exactly what I’m afraid of. I don’t want to risk traumatizing her just so we can spend a few hours in the casino.
Hey guys! We have more and more in common every day! Have you ever traveled with her? How old is she and how long have you had her? Any advice you can share for us new dog owners? (P.S. Did you miss our Trixie reveal video?)
Dave goes through a breeder from Eastern Germany. Ora is a third German Shepherd from the same breeder. They are very loyal!! Dave said the #1 advice he would give is to get her stomach tact. When you take her in to get fixed. So she won't get twisted gut( also known as bloot) Our last puppy Arko got it, and he passed away within 1 hr. He was only 6. Ora is the same blood line as Arko. Dave did puppy dna on Ora, and we found out Arko is Ora's uncle. #2 basic training is a must #3 get knong balls #4 run her every day * the plus side with us we live on 10 Acres
@@jessic3195 1)I’ll research that. She’s already spayed from before we got her. She has a cyst attached to her kidney that we have to monitor regularly. Doesn’t seem to be causing any problems or discomfort and we hope it stays that way. Speaking of medical issues, do you have insurance? If so, which company/plan? 2) We’re currently training her with a program we purchased online. We’ll be putting out a video when we’ve completed it, but it will be a while. 3)We have a kong treat dispenser thing, but rarely use it. She doesn’t know how to play fetch yet, so she just chews on balls occasionally. 4)she gets plenty of exercise walking and sniffing EVERYTHING! I take her to the dog park so she can run free for a bit, but have to do that early before people get there because she’s not fully trained and plays so rough. Lucky you have so much space to let Ora roam. We’d love to have some land for her. Maybe someday:)
Lol... here you go... DOG-FRIENDLY PROGRAM It can be fun to travel with your four-legged friend-that’s why dogs are allowed at The Cosmopolitan. With every room available as "dog-friendly" and two outdoor dog runs, including one adjacent to The Chelsea Pool, we look forward to giving you and your best friend a shared experience.
😂 of course, Michael! We have looked in to staying with her at the Cosmo. The dog “run” areas seem a bit underwhelming and they don’t really allow them anywhere except to walk through. But, they partner with a doggie daycare that’s about a mile away and they offer daily pick up and drop off from Cosmo. Don’t worry, our Trixie girl will be on the Cosmo balcony with us someday:)
Everything looks great. Glad y'all enjoyed traveling with Trixie.
It was our best vacation to date, in my (Cat) opinion :)
She is so adorable. Such a good temperament compared to our fur baby.
We used to have the same exclusions at RV campgrounds with German Shepherds
Oh no! We never thought about restrictions at campgrounds. We’ll have to look into that.
Aww, that was so cute! It's nice the hotel tastes Trixie like she's family, which she is!

@TheMidlifeRide yes I'm home back to reality, lol. Can't wait to see more videos from Florida. I have bit been in a couple of years
Aww your new doggy Trixie is so sweet! ✨️👍
