I play Xbox one and I have practiced enough to the point where I can hit some orbitals with enough hatches and if I can I certainly know you can. Just keep practicing you got this
Lots of practice, I can snipe but orbitals are hard with slight drift looking up but getting more consistent just keep going you'll get it down eventually
