The Rolling Stones: Play It Rough - 01) Hand Of Fate

In 1975, with the departure of guitarist Mick Taylor, the band was searching for a replacement while in the process of making the album "Black and Blue." Keith Richards described the sessions for this album as "Rehearsing guitar players, that's what that one was about." The guitarists "rehearsed" were Wayne Perkins, Harvey Mandell, and Ronnie Wood (Who eventually got the job and became a permanent member.

Wayne Perkins does the lead here.....Harvey Mandel on Hot Stuff.....Ron Wood was fantastic on both of these live on the '76 tour....Hey Negrita and Oh Cherry Oh Baby as well....
