    Regarding the hanging leg raises. Does your knees have to touch? I see your knees spaced out a little. My friend suggested that I make my knees touch while performing the movement.

      Cris, your knees do not have to touch. Some people may feel more stable in the movement by keeping their legs close together, and that is fine as long as the movement is controlled with no leg swinging.

    will training at home 4 days a week , practising kick boxing 4 times a week which is an intense cardio workout and eating a lot but relatively healthily make me gain muscle without actually gaining a lot of fat ? what i am asking basically is if there is a way to gain wight and lose it afterwards immediately but keep the muscle gains (i first workout at home and then go to my kickboxing class)

    i have been training for 7 months but i just gained 4kgs, so now i'm trying to gain weight . i chose mass gainer of ON. but i'm doing light exercise like 3sets 20-15-12reps, i know that doing heavy is better to gain size and weight but i got trauma many times so.... is it still be good if i do light 3s20-15-12reps and take mass gainer or must train heavily ?

    Please help! What does it mean when I'm doing a set, let's say push ups or curls for example, and I get a stingy/shocking feeling that runs through my arms? It's not cramps because it doesn't really hurt and I can usually force my way through. But it feels very scary and strange and I'm not sure what it is or how to respond. Thank you!

      a set could typically just mean an exercise with 12-reps which mean you have completed 12 reps of push ups you have completed a set or it could be a superset where it consist of a few different exercise that you do in one go without any rest like you do push ups and you jump to sit up later that's consists of a set and about your pain it's because you are straining your muscles which is a good thing because you want to feel the tension in your muscles when your working them so it's all right

      Sounds like you have shoulder impingement. You should go see a physical therapist. If left unchecked, this condition can get progressively worse.
