Regarding the hanging leg raises. Does your knees have to touch? I see your knees spaced out a little. My friend suggested that I make my knees touch while performing the movement.
Cris, your knees do not have to touch. Some people may feel more stable in the movement by keeping their legs close together, and that is fine as long as the movement is controlled with no leg swinging.
If you could do a abb workout routine that you can do with no equipment that would be great because alot of people like me dont really have a bench or a pull up bar but just food for thought awesome video though👌🏻

It's not cramps because it doesn't really hurt and I can usually force my way through. But it feels very scary and strange and I'm not sure what it is or how to respond. Thank you!
a set could typically just mean an exercise with 12-reps which mean you have completed 12 reps of push ups you have completed a set or it could be a superset where it consist of a few different exercise that you do in one go without any rest like you do push ups and you jump to sit up later that's consists of a set and about your pain it's because you are straining your muscles which is a good thing because you want to feel the tension in your muscles when your working them so it's all right
the best advice I can give you is not to try to solve the problem with strangers on internet. Go see your doctor or a sport doctor and explain him what is happening.

Sounds like you have shoulder impingement. You should go see a physical therapist. If left unchecked, this condition can get progressively worse.
