As an Indian I used to think we have highest tolerance for spices and what not until I tried Buldak noodles. Korean noodles are one of the spiciest food Ive ever eaten yet. All other Indians commenting here we eat spice this and that are just bluffing with full cap mode without eating real high scoville dish. Only North Eastern Indians are the one who eat real hot spicy food and who can beat Korean spices. Bhoot jolokia which is also known as Ghost Pepper and widely popular all around the world for being one of the hottest chilli in the world is a north eastern Indian chilli.
The Indian snack which is shown in video is not edible and can not be considered a proper snack.

Here in the USA, I have had the pink, yellow, and black varieties of buldak noodles. They are fairly spicy but good. I have not had the 2x or habenero. Also, I have not seen the 3x. I just have heard about it.
Haven't tried others but i have tried buldak and can say that it's not spicy. It's actually sweet for something that advertise itself as 2× or 3× spicy😂.
