This took me back to the DanTDM era. Using chat instead of a voice over still has that comforting charm where the viewer transcends into a sense of unusual comfort.
This one video made me remember all the Minecraft youtubers that used to do Let's Plays, Mod Reviews and other Minecraft stuff.

after the functional stuff you could try decorating your Room a little bit. Looks really bland with the sandstone
