What's extraordinary in this story? Reaching 1 crore from zero is much more tougher than reaching 100 cr from 25 cr.

It's lesson on fiscal management, no matter how much money you have it's important. More so when you are born with a silver spoon. Abundance makes you complacent.

Rich kids to give up the temptation of over spending shows remarkable inner strength. In a world where being URBAN POOR is a norm amongst millennials. This is an inspirational story . Lots to learn for many like me .

Sir, can you talk about few cases or may be 1 case where people/couple did not inherit wealth from parents and still will be able to accumulate enormous wealth? In my opinion , it is easier to build a house over a good already laid foundation but it requires skill , patience and discipline to start from the scratch. Want to hear such anecdotes or my be wealth building strategies for such cases.

This is a no-brainer. Net worth of 25 Cr to 100 Cr is easily achievable in 20 years just by keeping money in FD. And you mentioned couple is earning almost Rs 1 Cr salary per annum !! Isn’t the target easy to reach then.

Why you don't speak of a common man. You always speak 10 crore and let's assume your income is 50 lacs . You never speak of person earning 10k to 30k can make 2 crore.

If person earning 30K is able to save 10K from his salary then he will be able to earn 2 cr after 18years at a generous CAGR of 20%. But can he/she actually save 10K and have his/her patience to see 2 cr before spending it on lifestyle? Should I even consider calculating for someone earning 10k?

Sir...please come to reality..think about a person who earning 20k 30k per month and tell some real life example where a person start from scratch thatshow it will motive us...someone have 25lakh or 25 cr and they change to 100cr is not a great story and not much useful for person who earns 20k. Even if 25cr person lose also he landed up having something in his hand..but not the same for person who don't have any property or inherited assets from parents....pls be real

First of all love and respect to you sir from Pakistan .
The thing that bothers me is how can compounding beat the inflation in the long time investment ? suppose 0ne lac has reached the value of hundred crore
After 40 years ,what would be the worth of one billion after 40 years as compared to one lac today .

My pleasure. Please share! In a market where Equity does not beat inflation it just means that market is not worth investing. Choose MSCI world Index fund and do a sip.

@@SUBRAMONEYPV @Jibran Qureshi : i think the question is not very clear. U need to be very clear about the currency, One lakh Pakistani Rupee or One Lakh Indian Rupee?
