I have all my rare and good cosmetics on my Xbox but I can’t transfer any of it to a new pc account? Why not?
UPDATE: Many players watched and followed the instructions but the PANTS wasn't received. Dunno how exactly this works, please provide complete instructions. CAMO PANTS = GONE :(

@@thanhtruc3140 Send a ticket on PUBG Support team and they'll assist you, they are now processing mine :D

just go to the PUBG Support page, submit a ticket. tell them that you want to retrieve your steam account linked to a PUBG Global account and they'll look for the most recent one that you used to connect with. It didn't got removed but instead retrieved and i changed the my email settings once i got it. Process took 2 days, the sooner the better, you may send a reply for follow up so they'll assist you. :D @iamnamberwan 007 @FUN PUBG
