Extract Geometry
Region of Faces
Seed Face
Select one of the interior faces
Boundary Face
Select the inner filler neck fillet
Traverse interior edges (enabled)
OK
You can then right click the "Extracted Region" and hide parents
Fill Surface
Select the hole that remains
Sew
Select the hole "patch" and the outer surface
You should now have a solid of the interior volume
Analysis-Measure
Object
Solid body filter
Results filter
"Body"
Select the solid of the interior volume.
