Agents Bon Quest, you will find him behind shipping containers at port Kill 100 Pirates (Go to Orange Town [spawns are broken and long for pirates]) Kill Kuro of a Hundred Plans (Talk to the guide and accept the save the village quest to spawn kuro, then go to Syrup Village) 2. Muri Quest, you will find him next to a dumpster on your way to the park Defeat 250 Pirates Defeat Crocodile (Go to the past the desert untill you see water towers [desert is past the soccer field] 3. BoBallin quest, you will find him near a green screen I think east of spawn Defeat 500 Pirates Defeat Luffy (Orange Town) Defeat Shanks (Orange Town) Defeat Whitebeard (Whitebeard spawns at Marineford. every 3 hours globally as a raid boss) (Spawns at 12:00 EST, 3:00 EST, 6:00 EST, 9:00 EST Or 11:00 CST, 2:00 CST, 5:00 CST, 8:00 CST at both AM and PM.) Boa doesn't spawn by herself, u need to spawn her urself. Obtain a heart and then go to valentine Island and use it
Heart can be obtained by chests, finding it on the ground(it will say when a heart has spawned in the chat) or by killing the Law boss in punk hazard
