Yes!!! Listen. Take it from me. I did JUST that and I'm trying to come out of that now. It does more damage to live in that cave than it does to open up and trust. Working on trust is so hard but it is worth it to heal. Best way to heal is to start being more aware of your own self. Start being honest with you. And baby steps. Work on it everyday.
