Why ppl always say that?
Bc You cant mesure feelings in numbers, street-sports cars are all about expiriences, and expiriences are all about feelings.
It does not mean that im a McL fan.
Let the power be with You.
@@jareknowak8712 You act like I only talked about numbers lol These are GT Cars. Daily Drives, something you can Cross-Country in etc. As much as they're about experience, which ppl love to presume we don't know that (as is ANY car you're spending 6+Figs on) they're also about usability! The phrase "Everyday SuperCar" is thrown around for a reason! That speaks to how it feels but also how often it can be used because of certain dynamics. AWD, Usable back seats (space more so than for ppl) "Reliability"! ALL matter. If I we're getting a Supercar that's a weekend car THEN WE HAVE OTHER THINGS that take priority😏😏😏
As Sportscar it`s nice but as a GT? I see there more a Bentley or Aston Martin DB1 Superleggera. The trunk is just theoretical big and you are missing - even if they are mostly tiny - rear seats. Plush Seats with Massage and a real luxury Interieur is also missing in my opinion. Cool car, but wrong placed in my opinion.
It looks beautiful
Great review Matt. but couldn't help feeling like from the very start you'd rather be in that Turbo S over this.
I dont know how - but i feel the same.
I enjoy watching you going so fast around those curves. I'm just scared one of this days theirs going to be a CHP hiding around a curve waiting for you..
So a $250,000 Corvette C8?
I'M TEASING!
It's a gorgeous car!!!
Damn it Matt let me work for you. I’ll sell my collision shop right now and move
honestly, as an aspie, techie, engineer, auto-enthusiast
who's only driven sports cars since my driver's permit,
who studies quantum physics, metals, survival rates..
you've gotta go with a monocoque
on a budget, go i8. refined balance, go GT. asset allocation, go LaFerrari, etc.
otherwise, no matter how nice the design, nor how fast the 0-60, not worth the risk
in a lightweight space frame, youre just asking for it. too vulnerable. it's physics
it's not about you, doing everything right. "Never underestimate human stupidity"
I not particularly interested in McLarens, but in terms of looks I think this is the best of them, or maybe sort of neck and neck with the 600LT on that front.
