I don’t like Udon it’s like a worm
山うどは採れたてだと周りの皮を剥いで味噌をつけてそのまま食べたりします。あとは炒め物でも美味しいですよ。(母方の祖父が山菜採りが趣味で母の実家にいくとそのようにして振舞ってくれていました)
